    Apr 21, 04:00 PM - 06:00 PM (ET)
The Gamma Iota Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International (STTI) Nursing Honor Society and the UNC Charlotte School of Nursing invite all nursing faculty, students, and clinicians to an in-person nursing research symposium. Nursing continuing professional development contact hours will be provided. The Nursing Research Symposium will start in the McKnight Auditorium as we hear from Dr. James Montogrico, recent recipient of a Chapter Grant Award for research. Dr. Montegrico will present his research on “Patient Satisfaction, Healthcare Needs, and Social Determinants of Health of People Living with HIV in the Philippines”. Following the presentation, participants will transition to the Lucas Room to view concurrent poster presentations of nursing research and scholarly projects. Nursing clinicians, faculty, and nursing students are invited to submit abstracts for the poster presentation session by March 31, 2026. See the following Call for Poster Abstracts for more information. During the Research Symposium, attendees are invited to visit each poster to hear the individual presentations. Awards will be given to the top 3 posters.
